That is precisely how the Roman Civil law works. Civil Rights, opposed to Natural Rights are "privileges", granted by government and that is also what the 14th amendment is really about. Turning all of mankind into slaves. The Code of Civil Procedure Act of 1873 needs to be abolished and return all of mankind to the Law of Nature, The Law of Nations and the Common Law, which is Maxims of law/The real Rule, of Law. The Common sense Law by which we can measure if a man is of "sound mind". Logic and reason. Virtue.
Fortunately or unfortunately whoever you might be, the 14th Amendment was never properly ratified so is considered illegal by the constitutional aware. I will post below a video or two below.
